With the help of some theory and practice exercises of mindfulness and natural posture, we will make the barefoot walk into something special.
Walking barefoot helps to strengthen the muscles in your feet, ankles, lower legs as well as the core muscles as they are engaged more actively to provide support and stability without the cushioning of shoes.
By walking barefoot, you enhance your proprioception, which is your body's awareness of its position in space.
Walking barefoot allows you to feel different textures and surfaces under your feet, which provides a richer sensory experience and improves your connection to the environment.
Walking on natural ground such as grass, sand, or soil helps to connect to the earth's energy.
Walking barefoot is a grounding and calming practice that helps you feel more connected to nature and provides a sense of relaxation and stress relief.
You do not need any special equipment.
Just bring some water to drink, and a bag or backpack for your shoes in case your feet muscles get a little fatigued.
