With the help of some theory and practice exercises of mindfulness and natural posture, we will make the barefoot walk into something special.

How can barefoot walk help you?

Walking barefoot helps to strengthen the muscles in your feet, ankles, lower legs as well as the core muscles as they are engaged more actively to provide support and stability without the cushioning of shoes.

You do not need any special equipment.

Just bring some water to drink, and a bag or backpack for your shoes in case your feet muscles get a little fatigued.

Mirko: Personal Trainer & Therapist - Group Classes & Workshops - Mirko is presenting his key areas around developing the maximum capacities of body, breath, mind and spirit while introducing areas like Functional Training, Animal Movement, Yoga and Shaolin Nei Gong.


Linda: Personal Trainer & Therapist - Group Classes & Workshops - Linda considers herself as a well-being therapist, supporting and improving on physical, mental and emotional health and wellness levels. She is expressing her core areas in Yoga, Animal Movement, Shaolin Nei Gong and different arts of Massage Therapy.
